Mary Andrews

After serving as a volunteer at Creative Clay, Mary was hired in 2000 and held various positions working with students and also assisting with administrative work. Mary previously worked for ARC (Association for Retarded Children) in New York as a program manager for 30 years and retired in 1993 to St. Petersburg, FL. “My longevity in this field has been a labor of love, as my daughter is developmentally challenged and has been with Creative Clay since January of 1996. Creative Clay has taught my daughter many art mediums and has increased her self-esteem, which has enabled her to be an integral part of the community.” Mary enjoys working with stained glass and now has a project of knitting shawls for people with cancer or in Hospice.
